Pickup & Delivery

Carloti Treats is based in London, Ontario. Our treats are fresh and handmade, so we offer local pickup and delivery only — we do not ship.

Pickup

• Pickup is in London, Ontario. The address and pickup time are shared in your confirmation email.
• You can choose a preferred time of day when you place your order; we confirm the exact time with you.
• Please bring a flat, clean surface in your car (such as the trunk floor or a seat with a towel) to keep boxes level.

Delivery

• Delivery is available in the London area.
• The delivery fee depends on the address and order size, and is confirmed in your confirmation email.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed time.

Lead time

Please order at least 7 days ahead. For dessert tables, weddings and busy seasons, the earlier the better. Need something sooner? Message us and we will let you know what is possible.

Caring for your treats

• Keep treats in a cool, dry place, away from direct sun and heat.
• Chocolate dipped treats and cakes with buttercream should stay cool; refrigerate strawberries and dessert cups and enjoy them within 24–48 hours.
• Decorated cookies are individually wrapped and keep best at room temperature in their bags.
